BILOCALE CLASSIC

Experience traditional Tuscan living with a modern spin thanks to these from 35 to45 m2 (377-484 sq. ft.) apartments on the first floor, one floor above the ground level. These apartments can easily accommodate from three to five guests.

From the window, you can enjoy the view over the woods, while inside the apartment the special Tuscan tradition stands out. A large open room contains a kitchen and dining table, as well as the living room with sofa bed or two comfortable twin daybeds.

The Tuscan dream continues in the bedroom, which is furnished with a typical Tuscan wardrobe, a comfortable queen-size bed and a twin bed (or three twin beds upon request). The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and one or two sinks.

In the midst of these apartments there is the only two-bedroom apartment of our agritursimo. It is located in a little independent farmhouse, il Casale del Bosco -the House in the woods (connected via a walkway to the main buildings and pool). The apartment is situated on the upper level of the two-story farmhouse. It is quite spacious at 60 m2 (646 sq. ft.) and can accommodate up to six people. The apartment is entirely surrounded by greenery and sets the scene for a peaceful, relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside. The two bedrooms, of which one is very large, are each furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin bed (or three twin beds available upon request). There is one private bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink shared by both rooms

Just in case you get inspired by all the delicious Italian cuisine in the region, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed to cook tasty Tuscan dishes! The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin bed (or three twin beds upon request), and a typical Tuscan wardrobe for your clothes. There’s a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The French doors lead to a private porch, your own corner of paradise in Tuscany, where you can lounge and unwind while taking in the garden view, or from which you can run barefoot right into the pool.

Only one apartment of this category, it is located on the mezzanine floor of il Casale del Bosco (the house in the woods) with a wonderful private terrace.

CLASSIC ROOM

These rooms are made for couples who want to share a special vacation together in Tuscany.

Privacy, romanticism and Tuscan tradition make our Room the perfect accommodation for couples spending their holidays in Suvereto. You’ll feel surrounded by intimacy and appreciate the traditional design elements such as the wooden-beamed ceiling.

The 20 sq. meter (215 sq. ft.) room are on the second floor of Il Casale (the main residence building) or on the first floor of Il Casale del Bosco the smaller residence, and they are outfitted with air conditioning, a queen-size bed, TV, fridge and desk. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink completes the room.

THE VILLA

A magnificent luxury residence, which reminds you of the ancient Florentine farmhouses, renovated with respect for tehe most ancient Tuscan tradition, with the materials that have made this land famous in the world: wood, handmade Tuscan terracotta and rough travertine, as it is extracted from the Rapolano quarries.

And this villa too is like this: unique and inimitable. Refined to every detail, embraced by a wonderful panorama, and, although respecting the tradition, full equipped with all facilities.

At the ground floor, the dominating material is the rough travertino from the Rapolano quarries, used every way also in the bathroom coating and skillfully combined with handmade Tuscan terracotta tails, with exposed wooden beams according with the Toscan traditional style. The ground floor is about 150sm large, composed of connected rooms, which are the following: At the entrance, you will find a Patio of 30sm furnished with a wooden table and chairs, where you can eat enjoying the wonderful view on the hills and the sea far away. Connected with the Patio overlook a large kitchen, about 25 sm, a living room of about 70sm, completed by a library and reading area.The living room, furnished with antiques, is enhanced with two fireplaces at the opposite end, decorated with handmade Tuscan terracotta tails. At the ground floor you will also find a bedroom and a bathroom. At the first floor the dominating material is handmade from Impruneta terracotta tails, used for floors and bathroom coating as well.You will find three bedroom with breathtaking views on the surrounding panorama, one of which with private wardrobe and bathroom, while a second bathrooms serves the two other bedrooms.
